Grocery List

running grocery list means that gp doesn’t harass gm for a grocery list when she first wakes up because he has been awake all morning waiting for something to do

also that he does not get the wrong items or wrong size items;

also he will always be able to read the items and quantities or sizes

if they are laminated she can just check and number beside the items she wants from the common items she uses and what they like to eat and get less expensive items that can be pre-prep’d by me so that she does not have to stand on her feet for as long doing something like dicing potato’s

i can print 7 copies of the grocery list each time they need a new copy or an edit is made to add or remove items

when he gets a wrong item or size then i can attach a photo of the right item to the list

NEXT:

when we have a regular running grocery list that eliminates most of the complication’s that result in arguments or frustration we can move on to the meal planning where at least 3 meals each week ( 3 days ) where I can prepare what they want (everything they eat is simple stuff from a can or box anyway; other than some things like diced potatoes and cole slaw and corn bread which is all simple...)

on those three days that I cook and prep up anything that can be prep’d or would require her to stand on her feet for long......... I can also clean the kitchen and bathrooms and once the food is cooked i can transfer it instantly to the storage containers that double as serving containers.... and wash the cooking dishes and put them away

I can add a dish to each of those meals (which they don’t have to eat but can try something different or more nutritious) for practicing and perfecting my cooking skills which is part of the requirements for my independent living and cooking for friends occasionally in the future

Many institutions limit access to their online information. Making this information available will be an asset to all.
